3. Scheduling and Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payments

5. Liability and Insurance

ExtraShine Power Washing is fully licensed (License #115-231312) and insured through Spinnaker Insurance Company (Policy #HBW5001845XB1). Our liability includes:

• Injury to our employees during service
• Coverage as outlined in our insurance policy

Limitations: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to work areas
• Removing or securing fragile items near work areas
• Informing us of any special conditions or concerns
• Ensuring pets are secured during service
• Providing access to water and electrical outlets if needed

7. Warranty and Satisfaction

We guarantee our work and will address any legitimate concerns within 7 days of service completion. Our warranty covers:

• Quality of cleaning as agreed upon
• Professional completion of all contracted services
• Correction of any missed areas or unsatisfactory work

8. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to:

• Rain, snow, or severe weather conditions
• Freezing temperatures that may affect equipment or safety
• High winds or other unsafe conditions

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Direct communication and good faith negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration under California state law if mediation fails
